Timing
Purchasing your new window furnishings is that easy:
1. If you do not know what you want or if you are looking for inspiration: Book a showroom appointment.
2. If you know what you want or have been to the showroom already: Book an appointment for a complimentary in-home consultation.
3. Measure & Proposal. Our professional consultants will show you samples of our products, will help you make a decision, measure your windows and provide you with a proposal (in most cases then and there).
4. Placing the order: If you are happy with the proposal, we ask for an initial payment to get the ball rolling. Remember, all our products are made to measure. A few days after the order has been placed, you will receive the invoice, a receipt for the initial payment and will also be notified of the estimated delivery date.
5. Check measure: On some occasions we will organise for one of our installers to do a site inspection. We will let you know if that is the case.
6. Manufacture: Your new window furnishings are being made. Production/turn-around times can be anywhere between 1 and 5 weeks from order date, depending which product you ordered and the time of year (September until Christmas is an exceptionally busy period). Closer to this date we will inform you of the progress of your order.
7. Booking the installation: The installation of your products will be organised once your products have arrived or are due soon to be delivered to us.
8. Installation: Our installation team will professionally install your new window furnishings and will collect final payment.
9. You will receive a receipt for your final payment.
