Service
Even a quality product might need a service one day.
Please be aware that we only service products that you have purchased from us, Master Quality Shades. It would greatly assist us if you had the original invoice ready when you contact us to book a service call.
If the installation of your product has been more than 1 year ago, we will charge a service call out fee. We reserve the right to charge a service call fee for such service calls that deal with installations less than 1 year ago, if we find that the product and installation was of no fault.
Service Call Out Fee
1) Call out fee: $120.00 (incl. GST).
2) The service call out fee is charged upfront.
(Have your credit card details handy or ask us for an alternative payment method.)
3) Labour and parts are charged extra (unless covered under warranty).
You have got a Luxaflex or Silent Gliss product that needs servicing but you have not purchased it from us? We recommend that you contact the place you bought the product from. Otherwise we can refer you to an authorised blind repairer on 181 Pittwater Road, Manly: Stuart Blinds, Ph: 9977 2307. They do repairs on other brands as well.
